Hi, my partner and I are looking for a clean and comfortable long-term home in London from 24 August（Flexible). Our budget is £1,100-£1300 per month, including bills.
I will be starting my full-time PhD this September, and my partner works full-time in London with a stable income. We are a responsible, respectful and easy-going couple with a quiet lifestyle.
We are clean and tidy, take good care of the property and shared areas, do not host parties and rarely have visitors. We have been renting in London for the past three years and have always paid our rent reliably and looked after the property well.
We can provide a guarantor and other supporting documents if required.
