I am a mature, clean, and quiet professional holding Italian citizenship with UK Settled Status. I am looking for a comfortable, furnished flat to share with only one other flatmate. I value a peaceful, tidy, and respectful living environment. A tenancy/lodger agreement is required upon move-in (or a utility bill in my name or TV licence), as I need valid UK proof of residence.
What I offer as a flatmate:

I am very happy to contribute extra towards the electricity/heating bills during the winter months to cover any time spent working from home.
