Looking for a room / flat in London

I'm 28 and easy to live with through being clean, quiet and easy going.

I'm currently unemployed and between jobs, but usually work in software sales and am currently seeking employment. I don't have a guarantor. That said I have enough savings to cover 12 months of rent, and I'm happy to share evidence if that helps, or money in advance.

My hobbies include reading, watching tv, gaming, playing tennis, board games, and other stuff! I'm social but don't go out often and won't be noisy at all.

In terms of compatibility, I'm outgoing but also respect boundaries and just doing your own thing, but most importantly just appreciate honest and open communication - Ideally am looking for more of a chilled place rather than a hectic one.
