Room to Rent/Property to share

Happy New Year 🎊

I'm ideally looking for a small cottage or independent living space/room on a property. Or a room to rent in a property or a houseshare. It would likely be short-term as I'm looking for my own place.
Key requirements: quiet, clean, non-smoking, calm with no one living above me; and an en-suite bathroom if possible. Parking for 1 small car.

I'm considerate, thoughtful and respectful. And I believe in focusing on the positive and making a difference every day; no matter how small.
I'm working close to Camborne but it's flexible so I'd like to be able to WFH too. Obviously, if I find a place close to work, I'll go to work daily. I would also be travelling for business.
