Room wanted in a sociable house in SW London

Tom here, looking for a room in a house share in southwest London… can be flexible :) I’m a pretty sociable guy and would like to find a place I can make new friends, but also big enough to have my own space.

I work as an accountant (not a bore I promise), and have been living in london since i started uni here in 2011, so I’m pretty grounded here with good friend groups. Im originally from Newcastle (without the accent 😬 ), so know how to have a good time… I’m tidy and clean, like to cook, and like to think I’m a good house mate! Budget is around £1100, but can be a bit flexible within reason.
