Looking for housemate in Bermondsey

Hi everyone 👋

I currently live in a really nice two bedroom in Bermondsey, and my housemate is moving back home after our first year but I'd like to stay so looking to replace him.

I'm 24, work in finance in Canary Wharf (if you also work there commute is ~25 minutes). I'm outgoing but like my own space and will obviously respect yours. I'm interested in a lot of things (cooking, movies, chess, UFC, football, politics, reading, poker) so feel like I can find common ground with most people. I host poker nights with my friends every now and again so bonus if you're down to get involved with that as well. Would prefer someone I could be mates with rather than just housemates.

APARTMENT - Huge and spacious, really modern, large separate kitchen and massive living area. 4th floor with lifts, secure underground parking (no extra cost), very large outdoor sun-facing balcony.

ROOM - Double Room with en-suite, £1325 a month not including bills (total around £1475 a month) There is a deposit but I'll have to double check the amount - will be around £1600-£2000

TRANSPORT - 7 minutes by bike to Canada Water, 5 minute bike to Surrey Quays, 20 minute bike to Zone 1. There is a lime/voi stop outside the apartments that is refilled every morning so transport anywhere is a breeze.

LOCATION - Crown Place Apartments, Varcoe Road, Bermondsey

AVAILABILITY - September-October move in as my house mate is flexible on how long he wants to stay
