WFH designer looking calm home

Hello,

My housemate and homeowner is selling up, so im now in the process of finding a new lovely space.

I work for a climate journalism site as a designer/illustrator, spending the day at home going for runs at lunch times and making healthy meals. I am in the office 2s a month. So would need to be okay with me being at home quite a bit. But I am very respectful. My preference would be to have only one or two other house mates.

In my spare time I crochet, sew, see comedy and music and go hiking and nature hunting in my recently bought mini-camper, would love an easy space to park.

Im very easy going and do enjoy my personal space, but im always up for a movie night, or eating dinners together. An evening out or games.

Moving date would be maybe mid-late March, as the house is yet to sell.
