WFH designer looking for more permanent home

Hello,

I am a designer for a climate journal and am very creative in my spare time to, doing linocuts, drawing and filming wildlife videos.
Working from home mostly, but 2 times a month head to the London office. During my day I try to go for a run, tidy up and cook healthy veggie food.
After work ill be chilling with a book, doing further artwork, on walks, at the pub or seeing some comedy. I have a microcamper which at the weekends I take out on hikes and nature adventures.

Im currently in temporary housing, which allows a flexible moving date. Looking for somewhere which is calm and social, maximum 3 bedrooms, please no HMO's above 4 bedrooms. I prefer to be out of the town centre to allow better parking and a garden, so the outskirts of Brighton would be lovely.
