Looking for a double room/buddy ups

Hiya, I’m a young professional who’s looking to move to Edinburgh in January.

I am also interested in potentially buddying up with 1-3 people to rent a place.

I value a clean and creative living space and would want to be social with the people I live with. I’m an active individual who enjoys hiking, climbing and martial arts in my free time. I also value my creative hobbies - playing the bass, making jewellery, writing and want to live in an environment where I am comfortable to do so with likeminded people.

My budget is £700 however I could be flexible with this for the right place. I’m not too fussed about where I live in Edinburgh, the closer to the center the better though.

I’m looking to move to Edinburgh on a long term basis so want to find somewhere I can call home and not just a room to rent.
