Looking for long-term 1–2 bed in NE Scotland

Hello, I’m planning a move by summer this year and looking for a long-term let (12 months+) — aiming to settle, not bounce between short-term rentals.

Ideally a self-contained flat or small house.
2-bed preferred (for storage), but 1-bed considered.
Part-furnished would be very helpful.
Areas:
Aberdeenshire → Dundee and anywhere in between.
Good transport links needed: ideally under 35 mins to a town/city (up to 1.5 hrs max).
Looking for somewhere quiet and near nature, but not isolated, with decent access to amenities and outdoor activities.
Must-haves:
Parking (essential)
Supermarket delivery available
Private garden (big plus)
