Looking for a room/buddy up from mid-August!

Hi! I'm Sam, I'm 24 and I work in education, and I'm hoping to find somewhere to live in Chichester for the next year or so. I'm open to buddying up as well!

I'm quiet and enjoy spending time on my own, but I'm always looking to meet new people and make new friends! I spend a lot of my time cooking, watching films, playing board games, and making art.

I've previously lived with other professionals, students, and lodged with families so I'm comfortable with any kind of housing arrangement. I've also lived with pets before, so a house with pets is also fine!

My budget is flexible for the right place/people. I also don't have a preference for single/double rooms, but ideally would prefer furnished. Would also ideally like a space where people wouldn't mind my partner visiting for a couple days during the month, but it's not a deal breaker.
