I'm looking for a single or double rooms (an en-suite would be great) with a maximum budget of £1000 including bills per person per month for an ensuite, with a shared kitchen and I wouldn't mind sharing the space with another female who neither smokes nor drinks. I'm a working professional looking for a place with quick access to an underground station to reach Farringdon. I'm looking for a permanent let that is within an hour to reach Farringdon.
