Looking for a room from October - east London

Hi! I’m Izhaan, 27, and I currently live and work in Royal Wharf. I work full time in marketing at a private medical clinic and I’ve been living in London for around 3 years now.

I’m looking for a single or double room from around 5th October 2026, ideally around Royal Wharf, Royal Docks, Canning Town, Stratford, Canary Wharf or nearby.

My main requirement is having my own private bathroom, preferably an en-suite. I’m looking around the £1,200 pcm mark, ideally including bills, although I’m open to discussing this for the right place.

A little about me, I’m chilled, friendly and easy to live with. I’m social and like actually knowing the people I live with, having random chats, eating together occasionally or hanging out, but I also have my own life and completely respect personal space.

I’m also super clean 😂 This is probably one of the biggest things for me when sharing a home. I’m quite particular about keeping my room, kitchen and shared spaces clean and organised and I treat wherever I live like my own home.

Outside work I’m into the gym, travelling, trying different food spots, exploring London, long walks, table tennis and working on my own marketing/content projects. I don’t smoke and I’m not looking for a party house.

I’m happy sharing with males or females of any age as long as the home is clean, relaxed and respectful.

I’m full-time employed and can provide proof of employment, income, references and any other documents required.
