Just Looking to Move in Somewhere Sometime Soon

i cannot live in my parents house anymore. i am able to afford rents in the majority of the places i see, i can be sociable but i need my time alone. my room may be a bit of a mess but overall in the rest of the house i am pretty clean. i am a very picky eater but i can somewhat cook and i dont mind cooking for other people. i do also stay up pretty late at night but i am more than capable of being quiet when someone is trying to sleep. im just looking for a double with a decent amount of space. i dont mind who i live with so long as theyre accepting (i am trans masc) and dont mind a chatty flatmate as soon as im comfortable.
I am in a relationship so it would be preferable if my partner was able to be there quite a bit and i may also not be there due to being at my partners aswell
