Two creatives seeking friendly houseshare/buddy up

Hello!

We are two friends (pianist and composer) looking for two double rooms south of the river :)

We're open to joining an existing house share, or happy to buddy up with friendly and sociable people.

We're flexible on the exact area, but Lambeth, Battersea and the surrounding areas would be ideal. We're also open to different types of property and different house-share setups.

Ideally looking to move around 1st October, although there's some flexibility around this.

We both work professionally in the arts and work on our music at home — but don't worry, we have headphones! 🎧

We're sociable and enjoy chatting, shared dinners and drinks with housemates, but we're equally happy doing our own thing. A good mix is really nice.

We both really value having a clean, tidy and peaceful home, and we're respectful of shared spaces. We're looking for somewhere that feels like a cosy home.
