3 Final-Year Students Looking for Entire House

We are three final year students at the University of Nottingham looking for a house to rent starting from late September.

We are clean, responsible, and mature tenants who will take good care of the property. Ideally, we are looking for a 3–5 bedroom house, preferably located in the city centre or close to the University of Nottingham (Park Campus).

Important: We are looking to rent the entire property and are not looking to share with any other tenants.

Our preferences:

* Budget: up to £1800 per month (with or without bills)
* At least 2 bathrooms (3 preferred)
* Furnished property
* Good transport links or walking distance to university
* Suitable for a quiet and respectful student group

We are flexible and ready to move quickly if we find the right place, and we are happy to proceed quickly with a deposit if required.
