I am interested in a studio flat with a bath or a 1 bedroom flat. Would like a balcony but not essential. I have no pets. I am a smoker. I work at the moment as an agency based teaching assistant and also claim universal credit also so now will like DSS welcome properties. I would also prefer all bills included but not essential. I have always lived in the Croydon area and will be willing to continue living in the area.
