Looking for the right home!

Hi everyone! 👋

I’m looking for either a studio or 1-bedroom flat for myself, or I’m happy to buddy up and find a 2–3 bedroom place. I’m also open to moving into an existing flatshare if there’s a double room available. My preferred move-in date is early March. My budget is up to £1300 including bills, but I can be flexible for the right place.

I’m a data scientist, originally from Spain, and I’ve been living in the UK for 13 years. I’m now planning my move to London and hoping to find a comfortable, welcoming space. I’m tidy, considerate, and easy-going, and I really appreciate a calm, respectful living environment where everyone feels relaxed.

Outside of work I enjoy travel, swimming, and padel, exploring different neighbourhoods, or checking out good food spots. I’m also into chilled evenings in, cooking, films, and the occasional board game night.

I’m flexible on areas and more focused on finding the right atmosphere and the right people. Sociable, friendly housemates who enjoy a chat or a drink now and then but also appreciate downtime would be ideal.
