Flatmate Wanted for June Move

Hey, I'm Rahul! 👋

I'm 32 and looking for a flatmate to share a modern, comfortable flat near the city centre. I've been living in New Islington and need to move as my current property has been sold, so hoping to find somewhere nice sooner rather than later.

A little about me:
I'm a marketing professional who enjoys a good balance, some nights out, some nights in. I'm a vegetarian 🌱, into football (Man Utd fan ⚽), dancing, swimming, and staying active.

I don't smoke, drink socially, and I'm pet-friendly even though I don't have any myself. Clean, respectful, and easygoing, just looking for someone chill to share a space with.

What I'm looking for:
A modern flat near the city centre with enough space to make it feel like home. Budget is around £650 each per month (£1,300 total).

Parking is a must as I have a car. I've already got a few places in mind to view, so ideally looking for someone ready to move fairly soon.

A flatmate who's friendly, relaxed, and up for creating a nice, presentable space together.
