Cat & human looking for an ensuite room!

Hello!

I’m Giulia, a 31 year-old Italian professional looking for an ensuite in Woking (Guildford and Godalming also considered) — as close to the main station as possible. I’m the human slave to a lovely cat, Ellie, who’s never caused any damage in my current flat and is super cute. She’s obviously the real star of the show here and I’m just around to pay for her cushy lifestyle.

The place I’m looking for must have a washer/dryer (and bonus points for dishwasher)and be fairly close to the main station. I don’t smoke and rarely drink, I’m definitely not a party/loud person, so you’ll never have to worry about any neighbours complaining about me. I work 9-5 mon-fri out of the house and don’t mind a flatmate who works from home, of course.
