Female Profession looking for a flat in BN2

Hi, I’m a 25-year-old working professional currently looking for a double room or a flat share in or around Kemptown. I’m also open to renting a studio or one-bedroom flat/apartment if the right place comes along. Ideally, I’d like to live with a maximum of 2 people in a clean, friendly, and respectful environment.

My budget is around £800–£950 per month, preferably with bills included, though I’m happy to discuss depending on the property.

A little about me — I moved to Brighton 3 years ago and have absolutely loved living here since. I currently live in Kemptown and would really like to stay nearby if possible. I work a regular 9–5 job, so I’m fairly routine-oriented during the week and tend to have quieter weekends at home.

I’m vegetarian, non-smoking, and easygoing about living with non-vegetarians. like to socialise and go out occasionally but I'm not a party person and don't have many friends come over except for special occasions like birthdays.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking, and yoga/pilates! I love cosy spaces, exploring new hobbies, and creating a calm and comfortable home environment.
