Looking for a Room in Brighton/Hove or Nearby!

Hi there! My name is Sairah and I’m 27 years old. I work at a private nursery in Hove I also have a 3 year old Norwegian forest cat who is both an indoor and outdoor cat. Of course he is litter-trained and is well-behaved, and very smart. We have moved around quite a bit so he is good at memorising the neighbourhood and always finds his way home. He likes to roam around the house on most days, especially if it’s raining, and he is an active cat so I have a couple of cat trees and toys for him! He likes to watch me cook, and relax on the sofas so if he is allowed to roam around in shared spaces that would be great. This is because I don’t want to keep him locked in my room all day whilst I work or go outside to run errands.
I’m looking to stay somewhere for a minimum of 1 year, but preferably 2-3 years and more.
I am generally quite quiet and prefer space for myself, and I respect others’ needs to have their own space too! So I won’t take it personally if we don’t hold small talk in the kitchen! I don’t usually invite people over as I prefer my space (room and overall home) to be just for me and my cat, and I tend to socialise outside of the house. If I were to invite someone, everyone would be notified. That being said, I work 5 days a week, and will be outside from 8-7 as I work 9-6! I tend to babysit occasionally, so may come home at 11pm or midnight a couple times a month. I am an early bird and therefore also sleep quite early during the week, but I’m a heavy sleeper so it’s all good.
On weekends I use this time to study/relax/engage in hobbies. I like to watch tv and read, draw/paint, go to concerts/museums/on days out somewhere, and go to the gym.
I don’t drink/smoke. I have a mostly vegetarian diet! Might be a bit boring but I’m always down to go to restaurants/cafes and to run errands if you ever need a buddy.
