Seeking Studio/1Bed or Flatmate Near St James’s

Hi,

I’m a Biomedical Support Worker working at St James’s University Hospital in Leeds and I’m currently looking for either a studio/1-bed flat or potentially one like-minded flatmate to search for a 2-bed/2-bath apartment together around late June / 1st July.

Ideally I’m looking for somewhere within around 5 miles of St James’s Hospital or within roughly a 30-minute cycling distance.

My budget is around £520–£630 pcm without bills, though I’m willing to consider up to around £725 pcm if bills are included.

I’m looking for:

- decent living space
- enough room to store a bike and do light home workouts
- good storage space
- a functional modern kitchen with either a glass electric hob or gas burner stove (rather than a solid plate hob)

If considering a shared apartment, I’d preferably like to team up with a male student or young professional to get a comfortable 2-bed/2-bath setup where we only share the kitchen/living area.

I’m clean, respectful, financially responsible and can provide references/payslips if required.
