We're a group of four full-time working professionals, looking to rent a 4-bedroom property together as our own home — not individual rooms within an existing share.

We're a settled, low-maintenance group: everyone is in stable full-time employment, and we're looking for a straightforward 12-month tenancy to start from 6th October 2026.

We can offer:

1. Payslips and proof of income ready to share immediately
3. Combined household income of £157K pa
2. UK-based guarantors for all four tenants and Landlord references available on request

We're tidy, professional, and easy to deal with — happy to arrange a viewing at short notice and can move quickly once we find the right place.
