Young professional seeking 1-2 month let

Hi! My name is Allison and I'm currently looking for a short-term let while I finish out an employment contract at Kew Gardens, as I've just received notice my current building is due to be demolished in September! The exact dates are flexible, but I'm looking to move in the first week of September and need a place at least until the first of October. If you're more comfortable with a slightly longer commitment or need someone for longer, I'm also happy to do all of October and possibly into November.

A bit more about me:
As mentioned, I work at Kew Gardens, and in my free time I like to read, visit museums, and explore the neighborhood. I don't smoke and would prefer to live with other non-smokers - I also don't drink but don't mind if you do as long as you're not weird about me not joining you. I also like to cook and would like access to a kitchen, where I promise to always clean up after myself! I'm generally friendly but relatively quiet, happy to chat but also respect your space.

Female flatmates preferred but a mix is fine, although I'd prefer if it wasn't just me and one man. Allergic to cats but okay with dogs.
