I am available to move asap and have a budget of £500pcm.
I currently receive housing benefit so this can pay towards my rent and so the budget of £500 can possibly be more after negotiation.

I am a clean and tidy person and would like to live with someone similar.
I do not intend on having any visitors and when I am in the house I will usually be browsing the internet or I would have headphones on so I am not disturbing the people I live with.
