Looking for a shared room

I am a professional male aged in my fiftees. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 01/07/2026 and have a budget of £500-600pcm. Ideally I will be staying from Monday night until Thursday night . 4 nights or 3 days every week . Most of the weekends I will not be in the property . But I look for professional environment and freedom to cook my own food when I get bored . Free Street car parking is a basic requirement for me . I look for all inclusive and high speed broadband .
