Unsuit or double room quit clean Finchley

Quite female working a lot, non smoking, non drinking , healthy life style- gym , like healthy food and fresh air. Looking for quit, clean , spacious ideal unsuit , double room with less people and to have enough access to toilet/ bathroom, no kids no pets pls . Need a parking for my car, but I have permit for Barnet.
I recently started new job in Colidlale area Community Nursing NHS .
My budget ideally
650- 700- 800£- 950£ per month .
Areas: Finchley, Hendon, Golders Green, Arnos Grove, Edmonton Green, Kilburn. I wish to have my permanent partner from long years yo visit me some times without noises and complications as an adult person I consider that joy and happiness are important.
Basically mosthly of the time I am out that's why would like my wishes to be respected.
