Hello there,

My name is Daria, I’ve been working full time (as a manager) for the past three and a half years and always paid and I continue to pay rent on the day proposed when I signed the contract.
I’m looking for an upgrade from what I currently have and that would be a spacious double bedroom which is at least 11 or 12 sq m (possibly en-suite that has a shower-as usual; if this option is available, I’d like it to be atleast 2 sq m or 1m width by 2.5m length - if the en-suite has a bathtub I’d consider it, as long as there is still a comfortable space to move around), please do not contact me if the measurements required are not met. I’d like to be in a moderately quiet house (deal breakers: gamers shouting at night and inconsiderate flatmates who do not maintain the cleanliness of the place). I do have a boyfriend who will visit most days, if possible we can even add him as well for security reasons of other flatmates [but not to worry, he’s even more friendlier than me and gets along (REALLY well - you’d think they are best friends😂) with the flatmates that I currently have when he comes to visit], or if there’s a couple cost-we will consider, I will respect your choice if this is not allowed and keep it within decided terms for visits. Also, a spacious fridge (because I eat a lot of fruits and veggies) and tumble dryer (to avoid condensation) would be preferable but not necessary if the place has a garden/terrace. The house/flat needs to be 5-10 minutes walking distance from an underground station which leads directly into Camden Town or Mornington Crescent stations; or 5 minutes walking distance to a bus stop which has routes directly into Camden.

I will not consider any bedrooms that are:
- on the ground floor.
- a part of family homes.
- inside council flats (unless fully renovated and refurbished).
- more than 1 hour away from Camden High St. (by bus/tube).

P. S: my budget can go a few more hundreds higher if the place is closer to Camden High St.
