I am a clean, tidy and respectful professional looking for a room. One person no pet. Have to move out from current room by end August because landlady is selling her flat. Am available to move in from late August . I work on site in a college in Richmond in weekdays. Sociable (happy to share meals or having a glass of wine together sometimes) but not partying, respect people's privacy.
