Hi, I'm Zak. I bought a flat in Southampton in April 2023 and have rented it out for the last 2 years. I'm currently living temporarily in Luton. I'm a clean, considerate and reliable 55 year old looking for a peaceful and tidy place to live in Luton. Having rented for a short while now, I’ve realised how important it is for my well-being to live in a true home rather than a just a bedroom. I’m specifically looking for a mature house where the living room and dining room are genuinely shared spaces. I really value having a comfortable spot downstairs to wind down, read or watch TV. I’m someone who is respectful of personal boundaries. In addition, I value a quiet, relaxed household and always clean up after myself. I'm looking to share with people who are my age or older and at a similar stage of life. I'm naturally reserved by nature and enjoy my downtime to recharge, but I’m always up for a friendly chat and a cup of tea. I'm looking for a non-smoking home without pets and a mutual respect for quiet hours. My preferred areas would be Crawley Green, Stopsley and Town Centre.
