Young professional looking for a chill house

Hi everyone, I work within a professional services firm in London and am looking for a new place starting mid to late August.

I'm always down for a drink, usually keep busy with the gym or work and prefer to keep the place tidy. I'm comfortable sharing with anyone but would prefer young professionals at a similar stage in their careers. I would ideally be looking to move within the month of August but would be happy to move in earlier if the right place becomes available.

I have a reliable history of renting which spans 5 years and am able to provide a guarantor. Additionally for the amenities required, I'm not too worried about not meeting all those requirements as long as the property is well maintained.

Open to sharing an entire residence with a friend or moving into an established home. :)
