30yr old female professional looking for a room

Hi! I'm a geotechnical engineer working in Fitzrovia (in the office 2-3 days a week). I'm looking for a clean (very particular with a clean bathroom) and tidy space to call home around the 15th of July. My budget is around 1.2k per month ideally with all bills included x

I'm super clean and organised and quite minimalist (I keep shared spaces tidy especially the kitchen as I enjoy cooking my 3 meals daily. I don't wear shoes indoors, and I'm respectful of other people's space. I enjoy long walks (I can go crazy and hit over 30k steps). Love exploring new brunch spots. Most of all, I enjoy trying out all the studios with pilates, barres and infrared sculpt. On a daily basis I love getting my workouts in the morning. I'm into clean eating with a good balance of indulging myself every now and then.

I'm looking for places that are under 1 hour walk to my office near Tottenham Court road so ideally Zone 1.

Not into sharing with couples. Prefer to share with females.
