Fairly introverted artistic type seeks quiet accommodation - please note, it has to be completely self contained, so something like an annex ideally... ignore 'move in' date, basically had to put something there.
I would prefer something that is furnished/equipped with the basics (bed, cooker, fridge, washing machine) but I do have all my own bedding and kitchen crockery, cutlery etc, and a couple of small bits of furniture.
I have outstanding references, and am very quiet, clean, tidy and respectful (definitely NOT a party animal!)
Single, no kids, semi-retired due to health issues that don't restrict me physically most of the time (fibro/arthritis) I'm very active and quite capable of managing stairs, not that old yet 😁 just can no longer work as a landscape gardener. Love all animals, especially cats and dogs, but sorry, not looking to be a pet sitter at this point in time.
