Hi! I’m Annabella, a 27-year-old working professional looking for a new place to call home!

Looking for: 1–2 year lease
Move-in: March - April 2026
Location: Ideally East–North London (close to my office in Angel)

Budget: £1,500 pcm including bills

Room: Double room with en-suite preferred
I work in hotel tech account management and am mostly office-based, working from home on Mondays and Fridays (in my room). I’m originally from Australia and have been living in SW London for the past three years. I’m on a sponsored visa with full work rights in the UK until 2030.

I’m hoping to join a friendly, established flat rather than start something brand new. I’m not a party girl — I enjoy a relaxed, warm household where everyone is respectful of each other’s space. I love my alone time to recharge as my job is highly people focused, but I’m also very friendly, socialable and easy to live with.

In my spare time, I enjoy an Aperol spritz, weekend coffee walks, swimming, playing football, getting out into nature, and of course travelling.
