I am a quiet, tidy, full time professional

I am a quiet, tidy, and non-smoking professional moving to Northern Ireland for a 3-month period, looking for a comfortable room with a reliable bus connection or within walking distance to Newtownards.
About my stay:
I have a confirmed full-time contract to work at the Calendar Club inside the Ards Shopping Centre, starting on October 23rd. Because it is the busy retail season, I will be working very long hours and full-time shifts. I will mostly just need a peaceful place to rest and sleep after a long day at work.
About me:
• Very clean and organized: I deeply respect other people's property, privacy, and shared communal spaces.
• Animal lover: I absolutely adore dogs and cats (I have my own back home!). If you have pets, that is a huge bonus for me, and I would love to share a home with them.
• Quiet lifestyle: I do not throw parties, I don’t smoke, and I value a calm, friendly home environment.
Move-in and viewings:
I am arriving in Northern Ireland early to stay with friends in Rostrevor. I will be fully available to come for viewings in person on October 20th or 21st to introduce myself. I can also bring an official employment letter from my manager confirming my job role and contract details for your peace of mind.
If you have a room available in Newtownards, East Belfast, Bangor, or nearby well-connected areas like Donaghadee or Comber, please send me a message!
