26 year-old English teacher looking in NW London!

I’m Tarini Sinha, 26, an English Teacher working in Willesden and looking for a quiet, comfortable home from 1st July.

I’m ideally seeking either a studio or a room with an ensuite, with a budget of £1150 including bills.

I’m a non‑smoker, tidy, respectful, and out during school hours, so I’m generally home only in the evenings and at weekends. I’m looking for a peaceful, well‑kept place where I can unwind after work.

I have my deposit and first month’s rent ready and can provide a DBS check, payslips, a school HR reference, and a landlord reference.

I’m available for viewings next week after 4pm on Thursday or Friday, or anytime over the weekend.
