Im roy im 57 young looking i get on well with others and easily to talk to . Im a working professional . I have respect for other people's property . Im clean and tidy . Clean up after using the kitchen area and round the place in general and shearing house duties like making sure recycling is taken to the bins and taking in turns to put recycling♻️ bins and general waste bins when they are due to be emptied. Plus keeping my room clean and tidy . I dont mind different house mates males or females in the same property and are working professionals. Plenty of parking spaces . A nice environment and peaceful atmosphere. Im also looking for long-term tenancy with all bills included in the compton area of Wolverhampton.
