Looking to rent a room in a 2 or maximum 3-bedroom flatshare
1) Within a 30-40 minute walk or public transport distance from the city centre, with a strong preference for long-term stay.
2) Areas around Edinburgh with a train connection to Waverley station under 30 minutes.
4) If buddying up - female flatmates only

About me:
- Friendly
- Considerate
- Neat, tidy, organised (I enjoy having a nice home to come home to after a hard day at work)
- Not a party person
- Non-smoker and looking for non-smoking places only
- I respect personal space and things and ask for the same in return
- I always do my best to be considerate and try to leave common areas as I found them.
- I don't mind pets, especially cats and friendly dogs.
- Ideally no night-shift flatmates, as the schedule differences make it more difficult to navigate life.
