We are couple of professionals currently sharing a house in Mitcham and looking for a quieter place.
We are looking to move in early 2027 and could do viewings on weekends.
Our key criteria:
- no more than 2 other quiet flatmates working similar hours (no early/night shifts),
- a calm neighbourhood,
- an en-suite bedroom,
- either a balcony or a garden, or both,
- a parking space (I have a car which I rarely use, and a bike to commute daily),
- all bills (including internet) included.
A bit about us:
Both originally from Europe (France/Lithuania) but have been living in the UK for 8+ years.
Working on regular office hours (central London, Mitcham, occasional business travel).
Lived in a shared house with both females and males for the last 3+ years, but after recent housemate changes we are now looking for a quieter place.
No pet, non-smoker, and do not intend to work from home on a regular basis.
Our ability to pay rent:
Combined annual salary is £140k+ (payslips can be provided), no mortgage, Experian credit score 950+.
Previous letting agency or current landlord could confirm we have always paid on time and kept the house in good condition.
Him - dual France and UK citizen, her - Lithuanian citizen with ILR, with both right to rent/right to work.
