Wanted - room near Ipswich town centre

Hi,

I'm looking for a room close to Ipswich town centre, walkable in about half an hour. I'm clean, tidy and polite but not sociable - will say hello when required but need my own space after often stressful work days.

I work as an agency teaching assistant and have applied for a permanent position in the SEN school where I'm now placed. I have a TEFL qualification and have taught on summer English camps.

As regards pets, I don't like dogs but am fine with any other pet, especially cats.

I'd have to give my present landlord a month's notice, but would be looking to move preferably by late March at the earliest, May or June at the latest.
