Looking for a 1 bedroom flat for myself & daughter

Hi , I am very interested in a property I can live and share with my daughter. Potentially, 1 bed or 2 bed.
I am looking to move around June/ early July latest august.

I am employed and receive Universal Credit (housing element).
I have just completed my masters at UEL so working more hours now,

I’m actively looking for a safe, quiet, and family-friendly place to rent long-term. I am fully able to manage rent payments, and I can provide:
• Universal Credit and benefit award letters
• Employee status & earnings Bank statements
• A reference if needed.
