Looking for a flatmate and a flat in west London

I'm a 25 year old young professional working in disaster investigation, and am looking for a flatmate or a room in a 2-3 bed flat. I'm tidy and friendly, non smoker, don't have any pets and looking for somewhere to settle for a few years.

I have lived in house shares for the last few years and have really enjoyed it - I'm outgoing and friendly but also respect the need for downtime too. Love a pub trip, movie night, all the usual housemate stuff.

Not too fussed about room size but would really like a fair-sized living area. Garden and parking would be amazing but I'm aware that's an ask in London!
