Friendly and Tidy 21 Year Old Professional

Hi there! I'm a professional looking for a double en-suite room. I work in York, so I’ll be looking at properties which are near a train station (Burley Park/Headingley/Leeds) so I can commute to work easily. I like to keep shared spaces neat and would appreciate flatmates who also try to do so.

I am available to move from mid-December and have a budget of £700 bills inclusive. I would like to share with females of any age, and I am open to socialising with my flatmates.

I drink from time to time, and would like to have friends over [primarily in my room rather than the communal area] once a week or once every two weeks. I have no pets, I don't smoke. I love to cook and binge watch TV shows in my downtime.
