Quiet room wanted for Jan 2027 Bromsgrove
Hello I know January 2027 is a little way off, but I am planning ahead to secure the right long-term fit. I'm looking in these areas:
• B60 / B61 (Bromsgrove)
• WR9 (Droitwich Spa)
• B97 / B98 (Redditch)
Update: In addition to quiet lodging arrangements, I am interested in renting a self-contained one-room studio flat or a peaceful, winter-insulated static caravan on a long-term basis within the Worcestershire area.
I am a quiet, independent, and friendly 76-year-old retired international educator. I am returning to the UK to be closer to my son, who is a boarder at Bromsgrove School until 2029.
My time will be spent on my own writing and research, so I highly value a peaceful, respectful household.
I am looking to share a home ideally with just one other person—preferably a live-in landlord or a fellow mature individual rather than with students. (Sorry Gen Zs!)
I have a reliable, guaranteed UK pension of £950 per month to comfortably cover rent and utilities. Because I am managing this transition from a fixed monthly income, I am looking for a straightforward lodging arrangement with minimal upfront fees.
If you think we might be a good match for a January start (or if your current tenant plans to move around the new year), I would love to connect.
