Looking for SW / E London Houseshare

Hi!
Peter here, I’m a transport consultant currently living in Shoreditch, looking for some nice flatmates to start a new houseshare around 30th August (with a little flexibility).

I currently live with two friends but they are moving home with parents / closer to work. I’m looking for 1-3 others who want more than just a roof over their head and want a friendly place that we can call home :)

My ideal areas would be Clapham / Battersea (or anywhere closer into central from that direction) or Shoreditch / Hoxton / Dalston. Also open to other areas within a 30-40 min bike / tube from Charing Cross (where my office is, I’m in 4-5 days a week). My must haves for a house/ flat are (some) natural light, a living room, a dishwasher, somewhere to put a bike, and a bedroom that’s bigger than a cupboard.

I work fairly long hours during the week, but in my free time I like cooking (always trying new recipes and doing fancy meal prep), catching up with friends, going on runs / bike rides, having a drink or going for the occasional night out.

I have plenty of shared house experience and I think I'm pretty easy to get on with - I have high (but not excessive) standards of cleanliness. If you think what I’ve written sounds about right, I’d love to hear from you.
