Hi I am Single man age 52 looking for a Double room around £450 to £530 all bills included permanently I don't want to be moving around every 3 to 6 months because of my health issues. I am on universal credit I don't have a deposit only 1 months rent in advance. I am very clean & tidy respect & look after people's property as if it was my own house looking for rooms in CV2, CV3, CV5 Also consider to relocate to Leicester LE2, LE3, LE4, LE5.
