Hi I am Single man age 52looking for a Double room around £450 to £530 all bills included permanently I don't want to be moving around every 3 to 6 months because of my health issues. I am on universal credit I don't have a deposit only 1 months rent in advance. I am very clean & tidy respect & look after people's property as if it was my own house after all everyone works hard for the property to look very high standard, looking for rooms in CV2, CV3, CV5 & also willing to relocate to Leicester LE2, LE3, LE4 Available from 04/04/2026 Please let me know if have any double rooms available kind regards Raj.
