Professional male aged 27 working in finance

27M, finance professional working in Mayfair, looking for a double room (en-suite preferred) in central / central-east London. Up to £1,400 pcm, bills excluded.

From Nepal, lived in Madrid for ~2 years, and in London since March 2024 (currently in Canada Water). Tidy, respectful, and quiet on weeknights, work tends to run late, so I'm low-impact during the week. Sociable but not in your space. Weekends are usually football, long runs, and exploring London: food spots, cinema, the odd theatre trip. Non-smoker, no pets, references available.

Ideal areas: Canada Water, London Bridge, Bermondsey.

Open to two routes: joining an existing flatshare, or buddying up on a 2-bed — I'm already viewing places with agents and would happily team up with someone in a similar spot. New-build strongly preferred.
