Studio Room Or Buddy Up/ Flat Share Wanted

Hi I’m currently 25 years old looking to move into a house/ flat around the end of may,

I’m doing Science for a cancer research facility. I’m looking for either a 1 bed house or studio or at the least a 2-3 bed house in and around NE1-NE12 ideally anywhere around Heaton, jesmond, sandyford, Gateshead, Westgate road gosforth or Byker is ideal! My maximum is £850 including bills won’t go anymore than that unfortunately

I am a bubbly person yet I respect others as well as living areas (im always open to cleaning)

I work Monday- Friday and on weekends I’m Away seeing my girlfriend so won’t be in 7days which can be good if you like your own space
