Double Ensuite Room for sharing individual male

Hi! I’m a friendly, easy-going working professional currently employed as a Civil Servant with the Ministry of Justice in Milton Keynes.

I’m looking for a spacious ensuite room in a clean, comfortable and peaceful household, ideally within a 30-minute drive of Milton Keynes. Having a dedicated parking space would be great, although safe and convenient street parking is perfectly fine.

I would prefer to share with a maximum of 2 other housemates (3 people in total, including myself), as I value having enough privacy, personal space and a quiet environment to relax after work.

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful household where everyone gets along, maintains cleanliness and respects each other’s personal space. I enjoy socialising and having a good laugh with housemates, but I also appreciate some quiet time. I don’t smoke or drink, although I’m comfortable living with people who do so in moderation.

I enjoy cooking a couple of times a week and reheating meals on other days. I always clean up after myself and make sure shared spaces are kept tidy. Outside work, I enjoy travelling, driving, collecting model cars and spending time with friends and family.

My job involves irregular shift patterns, meaning I sometimes leave early in the morning or return late at night. I’m always mindful of noise and considerate of others’ routines, and I’d appreciate the same understanding from my housemates.

Regarding availability, I’m currently renting a flat and have a two-month notice period. Therefore, I would need to coordinate my moving date accordingly, but thinking about 10th of December . I’m happy to discuss a suitable move-in date with the landlord or existing tenants.

Overall, I’m looking for a comfortable, welcoming place that feels like home, with friendly housemates who appreciate a good balance between socialising and personal independence.
