Looking for a New Home

Hi, I’m Fabio – a tidy, respectful working professional in full‑time hospitality and doing some higher education on the side. Been living with my current flatmates for nearly 2 years. Due to their future plans it is time for me to find a new home. I’m looking for a double room in London, no further out than Zone 2.

What I’m looking for:
Location: within Zone 1–2
Good transport links (tube/Overground) with easy access to central
A double room in a relaxed, friendly flatshare
Flatmates who are clean, considerate and easy‑going

About me:
Working full‑time in hospitality/front of house and studying part‑time, so I’m often out for shifts or studying
Clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces
Sociable and friendly, but I also appreciate downtime and personal space
Enjoy music, socialising, and exploring London

Practical stuff:
Move‑in: ASAP (happy to discuss exact dates)
Budget: up to £1,100 pcm, bills included (bit flexible)
Looking for: medium to long‑term home, not just a crash pad
